Reza Givsan co-founded UpTerra and oversees all technology development. He is an inventor on UpTerra’s patents and leads the research team behind TerraFlow, a system that structures irrigation water using vortexing and frequency imprinting to improve plant uptake and cut waste. Reza’s work explores how motion and vibration change water at the molecular level. At UpTerra he turns those insights into devices farmers can use, guiding product engineering and collaborating with growers and scientists to refine the technology.

Parker Christian customizes UpTerra’s water-structuring service to each field. As lead agronomist he adjusts the water charge to maximize water efficiency and nutrient uptake. In field trials he observes increased soil health, better root development and shorter internode length, all of which work together to raise yields. He plans to partner with Oklahoma State University on replicated trials to further refine the technology. Parker works closely with growers, translating research into practical agronomy and ensuring UpTerra’s system delivers measurable benefits.

Roland Vandermeer provides strategic guidance and vision for UpTerra. He has more than fifteen years of experience investing in water, agriculture and energy. UpTerra combines ancient principles with modern science to structure irrigation water, infuse it with targeted frequencies and add digital amendments—a system he helps refine and bring to market. Roland explains the technology using simple analogies, noting that spinning water like rain adds a charge and vitality that stagnant water lacks. At UpTerra he shapes corporate strategy, builds partnerships and mentors the leadership team as they scale the technology to more farms.
